About Me

Dan is a Senior Incident Response Consultant for NTT. He has worked in the field of Digital Forensics and Incident Response for over 8 years and is a member of the NTT Incident Response team, responding to cyber security incidents worldwide. He is often challenged with threat hunting tasks, kicking out threat actors, mitigating cyber attacks and root cause forensic analysis of compromised networks.

Prior to NTT, he worked within a UK Law Enforcement Regional Cyber Crime Unit and also Hi-Tech Crime Unit, working on high-profile, international investigations into the most serious incidents of network-based organised criminal activity. Alongside this, he also led research and development projects relating to the exploitation/security of embedded systems.

Experienced in investigating cyber-dependent crime, computer misuse act, network intrusions, insider threat, distributed denial of service, ransomware, malware & cryptocurrency.
