About Me

Terrence Lillard is valuable member of the NTT Security Incident Response Consulting team functioning as a cybercrime/cyber forensics expert and actively involved in computer, intrusion, and network forensics investigations.  Mr. Lillard has more than 25 years of experience building and managing complex secured enterprise solutions and security operations centers. This entails designing and implementing enterprise-wide security architectures for various fortune 500 clients and military, federal, state, and local government organizations.  In addition, Mr. Lillard has years of experience as a trusted advisor providing information security, risk management and regulatory compliance services to executives in various sectors.   

Prior to joining NTT Security, Mr. Lillard served as a Technical Security Architect and Consulting Engineering for Dimension Data, the IT Security Manager for B/E Aerospace’s worldwide operations, and the Assistant Security Director for the District of Columbia’s Security Operations Center.   During Mr. Lillard’s years with the Microsoft Corporation, he functioned as a Principal Consultant and a Managing Consultant for Microsoft’s Mid-Atlantic and Latin American Consulting Practices.  

He also functioned as an adjunct professor teaching IT security and computer forensics courses to graduate students and a lead instructor for the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Academy under the Air Force Office of Special Investigations.   Mr. Lillard has been a speaker at Encase’s Enfuse and DoD Cybercrime conferences and other venues. 

Finally, Mr. Lillard functioned as a Forensics Expert Witness in several highly publicized cases within Federal and State courts.
